SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for purchasing a Melissa Haiden print. All prints are carefully prepared and packaged from my studio in Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

LOCAL Shipping in South Africa – Postnet to Postnet

Prints are shipped via PostNet to your nearest PostNet branch in South Africa.
You will receive a notification when your parcel is ready for collection. PostNet will notify you once your parcel arrives and is ready for collection.

 

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For the Prints shipped anywhere in South Africa a R180 charge is added at checkout.

 

Packaging
All prints are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival. Smaller prints are shipped flat with protective backing. Larger prints are rolled in a sturdy protective tube.

 

International Shipping
International shipping is available on request. Please contact me directly before placing your order for a custom shipping quote. info@melissahaiden.com.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email photographs within 48 hours of delivery so I can assist you.

If a parcel is lost in transit, I will work directly with the courier to resolve the issue.
